PHC uses an eco-friendly approach, combining cultural practices with targeted treatments, under the guidance of a certified arborists. Any chemical treatments will be applied with environmental care with given thresholds in mind, and in accordance with South Carolina Pesticide Applicator Guidelines. Inital PHC consultation payment will be applied to any future PHC services
